I took my motorcycle there looking for a seat that was no longer painful after an hour on the road. On arrival we had a discussion about what I was looking for, and I watched a craftsman at work who was happy to explain every step in the process. After a trial fit I asked for a slight change, cheerfully made, and the second trial fit seemed good to go. The ride home was distinctly more pleasant and road shocks were no longer transmitted straight up my spine. Coffee while I watched, and all at a good price. The seat looks almost indistinguishable from the oem item, but feels nothing like it. Result!
